๐ฒ Euro Truck Simulator 2 Drivers Not Making Money
Nono54Fr Jul 28, 2016 @ 2:27am. 1. Why would you need more than 227 drivers ? You're already earning a few millions per week, more than you could spend. 2. These mods do not work. You have more choice but still can't hire more than 227 drivers. #1. Hyperion Jul 28, 2016 @ 4:03am.

They were leveling up and making money as usual (much less than me but that's normal afaik, I didn't expect otherwise) until a few days ago.
No. #1. Nono54Fr Apr 2, 2017 @ 12:29pm. Yes, since December 2015 and once more since December 2016. #2. The Pitts Apr 2, 2017 @ 12:53pm. Not to any degree that you'll be able to detect there isn't, whatever the developer notes might say. #3. Beltane Apr 2, 2017 @ 1:25pm.
This was a brand new driver--in fact, I think it was his first delivery-- hired two days ago, or so, so there has been no update to break the delivery. [screenshot removed] I've played this game for over 100 hours and never had enough money to waste on customising my truck, so this is a major hit to my funds and game experience.
If I upgrade a truck for a driver, does it make a difference? For example, if i improve the transmission on a driver's truck, will he earn more money?
That said, the more drivers I put to work, the more money I make without effort on my part. That is, better to own three trucks with drivers plus me freelancing (I get a free truck) versus two trucks with drivers and me driving my own truck. In the first case, four drivers are driving (including me); in the second, only three.
There's a lot of variables. I have several drivers earning around 10,000/day. The more training they have, the more money they make (just like you.). Sometimes they make more with customer trailers, sometimes not. Depends on if you have trailers matched for loads in their town. Also the most upgraded your truck is, the more money they make.
If you have hired drivers and given them trucks they should start to earn without any further attention from you, assuming that you are not using any mods that interfere. The common advice is to just set their training to Balanced and forget about them :cozybethesda: My drivers will make money even if I turn off my computer
